This half day training (3 hours) is taught by a Deaf tutor accompanied by an interpreter. Participants will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the training.

Solutions to access issues 

Types of deafness and their needs

Communication with a Deaf person

Learning some basic sign language 

Differences in culture

Question and answer session
